Faulty Aircon for 2 out of 3 nights - avoid One of the cornerstones of a sustainable business is being accountable. For this reason, I’d rate It’s Room Naples 2 stars. I booked for 3 nights, with an evening check-in for mid-July 2023. First night, the air con was not working and it was uncomfortable. Informed the hotel about the aircon not working the next morning, using Whatsapp. Hotel responded that he/she will inspect the following day. Second night, the air con was still not working and … it was unbearable. Hotel fixed the issue on the third day. Apparently the issue was due to “formation of ice on the evaporator”. Third night, we finally had a working air con. After check-out, I contacted the seller to seek partial compensation for the two nights without aircon. Hotel insisted that it wasn’t their fault and that I should have informed them earlier. I have the Whatsapp messages saved and them pushing the blame onto me for not informing them (false) and that this was unavoidable due to the heat (laughable because Naples is known for its hot summers). I paid for a hotel room with aircon. I didn’t get a working aircon in the room for 2 out of the 3 nights. I felt short-changed, especially for the 2 nights without aircon. The repairs to fix the Aircon will benefit the next guest, at my expense. If attention to detail is a selling point for this establishment, it has fallen embarassingly short. If clogged shower drains and having your room located next to the smoking area is your preference, by all means consider this place.

Comfortable and clean Comfortable, clean, and convenient location. It's Room made check-in easy and painless. I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel and would definitely go back if I'm ever in Naples again. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Very happy!

Cute room with balcony Stayed in the Port Alba room (superior double with balcony). It was clean, tidy, spacious and loved the little balcony looking out to the street. The door/window opened from the side and top and were quite sound proof once fully closed.The room had complimentary water, coffee, wafer, chocolate, aperol spritz, Netflix, and bathroom amenities. The bed was pretty comfortable.Felt very safe here - there is a large gate with key code downstairs and rooms all had key codes. It was nice to have an open air hallway outside to look out into the center of the apartment complex. We were able to leave our bags in the hallway because we had arrived earlier than check in time. There was a small elevator.Only issue was the shower was not draining properly and couldn't figure out how to get the rainforest shower to work (as the other shower head was leaking). These fixes were done quickly and they informed us we had to pull the knob out to get the rainforest part running.

Clean and beautiful room. A steal for the price! My husband and I stayed in the Cristo Velato room for a couple nights and the room was lovely. So clean and thoughtfully decorated. We loved the balcony and operable windows The room was very quiet despite being in the heart of a busy area. The bedroom was large with great lighting control and temperature control. There is no "reception" which ended up being totally fine. They were very communicative via Whatsapp to quickly responded to any questions we had.

Perfect room in a great location, but bad service The room was amazing! Very pretty and very romantic. It is in a great location in the historical center. You go down stright to the most popular street. However , the service was very bad. We needed help with a few things and they were never there and they didn't answer the phone. Don't expect any help. They didn't clean the room, just arranged it so it will look like they cleaned. They didn't change the towels ect.

Ottima posizione e stanze curate Per un weekend con degli amici abbiamo deciso di prenotare in questo B&B dopo aver visto il loro sito, devo dire che ci ha positivamente sorpreso sotto ogni punto di vista, camere super curate e proprietario attento gentile e disponibile, situato in una posizione strategica che ci ha permesso di visitare a piedi la bellissima Napoli, la consiglio vivamente a tutti

🖤 Situato in una delle vie più suggestive di Napoli, it's room è il posto perfetto per alloggiare durante la vostra permanenza in questa meravigliosa città. Le camere sono davvero pulite e curate nei minimi dettagli ,il proprietario gentile, disponibile e davvero simpatico,ci ha fatti sentire praticamente parte della famiglia, consiglio vivamente questo B&B sia a coppie che famiglie 😊

Bellissima stanza e ottima posizione Il B&B è molto curato ed in una posizione ottima per spostarsi facilmente tra le vie di Napoli. Ma ciò che lo rende speciale è la cura e la passione che i proprietari mettono nel gestirlo, facendo sentire l'ospite a casa.

Un'esperienza indimenticabile E' stato il soggiorno più bello della mia vita. Le stanze sono ricche di fascino ed estremamente pulite. La struttura è meravigliosa ed è situata nel cuore pulsante di Napoli. Ciliegina sulla torta, Francesco (che gestisce la struttura) è il miglior host che si possa desiderare. Tornerò per regalarmi una nuova esperienza indimenticabile.

Bella Napoli! My partner and I enjoyed a lovely 3 night stay in beautiful Napoli, made even more enjoyable with our stay at It's Room apartments which were perfectly positioned in the heart of the incredible historic old town. Francesco was so attentive to any queries or requests we had before arrival and throughout the duration of our stay. We will be recommending these apartments to all our friends and family planning a trip to Napoli.
