This Regulation is an integral part of your booking. By confirming and accepting your reservation, you have had access to the regulation, which is available via a dedicated link in our emails and on our website. For anything not expressly covered in this regulation, we refer to the current laws, as well as each guest’s sense of good taste and common sense in the interest of all.

Failure to comply with one or more points of this regulation may lead to the termination of the contract, with the resulting economic and legal consequences.

The Management reserves the right to amend this regulation for operational reasons or convenience, by posting the amendments at the reception and publishing them on the hotel’s website.

Our staff is at your complete disposal for any needs, ensuring that your stay is as pleasant as possible.

  1. The Regulation of the accommodation “It’s Room” of Vico Figurari, 2 – 80138 Naples (NA) is established to guarantee everyone a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of the same. It has a contractual nature between the accommodation facility and the Guest and, therefore, the request to stay and the acceptance of this request by us implies total acceptance of these Regulations.
  2. All guests are required to comply with the Internal Regulations of the Accommodation Facility, which can be consulted in the hotel reception, summarized in the brochure displayed in the rooms and in full in the www.itsroomnaples.com website
  3. Failure to comply with the Regulation and the further provisions of the Management may result in the removal from the structure of the offender and the relative reporting of the fact to all national and international tourist organizations, unless reported also to the Public Authorities in the event that non-compliance may possibly suggest the commission of a crime.
  4. All the specific indications contained in the signs placed in the area owned and / or pertaining to the structure must also be respected Parents (or those who legally exercise parental authority) are jointly and severally responsible for the acts performed by their minor children within the structure and are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain a polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their direct responsibility and, in particular, with regard to the obligation of respect for silence, the correct use of the bathrooms, and the equipment made available by the structure to its guests. Any activity that may disturb other Guests is prohibited. n general, all the rules of these contract regulations must be complied with.
  5. The conduct held by both adults and minors is considered contractually relevant and, therefore, any violation of the rules of this regulation and the common rules of civil coexistence and good performance of the structure will involve, according to the judgment contractually delegated in an unappealable way to the Management, the immediate termination of the contract for fact of the Guest and the removal from the structure within 5 hours of the dispute of the facts. In this case, the Management of the structure is entitled to withhold the sums already paid and to claim the remaining sums, also as compensation for damages, without prejudice to the right to compensation for the greater damage ascertained.
  6. The Management, as required by the laws of the Italian Republic in force, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not comply with the Regulation or behaves in such a way as to create damage or disturbance.
  7. The staff appointed by the Management is required to enforce the Regulation against anyone. Each customer in the very act of accepting hospitality in the structure also contractually agrees to submit to the Authority of said staff, which is in turn obliged to always respect the laws of the Italian Republic and the principles commonly accepted by our culture of courtesy and good manners. According to the landlord’s policy, all guests have the right to respectful and dignified treatment and, as responsible reception facilities, we have an obligation to protect guests from inappropriate behavior. If a guest’s actions are deemed inappropriate by a member of staff, or if inappropriate behavior is reported, the hotel reserves the right to take action against the guest after verifying this situation. Depending on the severity of guests’ actions, the property may, at its discretion, request the intervention of law enforcement or remove guests from the property.
  1. Pursuant to art. 13 of D.L. 30.06.2003 n. 196, all personal data of our customers will be processed both through computer systems and manually, in order to carry out tax obligations (draw up invoices, record data, etc.) and provide the requested service.
  2. Upon arrival, customers will be asked for an identification document for the purpose of communicating their presence to the competent police bodies.

  3. The booking request must indicate the number and type of rooms requested, name, surname, date of arrival, date of departure, number of adults and children, age of children, telephone number / e-mail for communications. Please also indicate the estimated time of your arrival.
  4. DEPOSIT/DEPOSIT. To confirm the reservation, unless otherwise indicated, it is required, as a booking guarantee, the insertion of the credit card in our computer reservation system that will be verified by the structure with pre-authorization of the entire stay. The deposit will be required in bookings at a non-refundable rate. The customer loses the deposit when he does not follow the booking and therefore does not show up at the structure for the stay. In case of delayed arrival with respect to the date indicated in the Booking The customer is required to pay the total amount of the booked services that have been reserved for him.
  5. The reservation is considered valid even with a deposit (previously agreed), provided that it is specified the period and duration of the accommodation, the address and telephone number of the sender and the accommodation (double, single room …).
  6. For the payment of the deposit or balance the payment method is agreed between the parties (bank transfer, credit cards, other payment methods).
  7. Only after receiving the booking request with any deposit or the details of a valid credit card, the confirmation of the reservation will be communicated.
  8. Rates are per day (per night) regardless of the time of entry.
  9. The arrangement agreed at the time of booking remains valid for the entire period of stay:
  10. The price of the stay includes early bird cleaning (at scheduled times) which will be carried out only if the appropriate “Redo the room” mark is left outside the door.
  11. The price of the stay does NOT include: any extra cleaning, linen change beyond the scheduled frequency, drinks, drinks from the minibar, not expressly indicated in the offer, except for the gift of the structure.
  1. In the event that the customer is unable to occupy the accommodation during the booked period due to difficulties with means of transport, errors or other personal reasons, there is normally no refund for early departures or delays on arrival.
  2. We kindly ask our customers to understand that the booked period will be charged in full even in case of early departure: the amount of the overnight stay for the remaining nights must be paid in full.
  3. Guests departing early are required to pay for the room for the remaining days of the reservation at Pursuant to art. 1385 -1386 cc
  4. In case of misunderstandings at the time of booking, the management undertakes to provide, when possible, different accommodation in rooms or equivalent facilities.
  5. For cancellations we charge the entire deposit and/or, in the event that the booking conditions provide for the payment of the full amount certain days in advance, we charge the full amount of the stay.
  6. PENALTIES: In case of cancellation of the contract / reservation by the customer (communicated in writing via email, with evidence of receipt and reading by the structure), before arrival the cancellation conditions indicated in the booking confirmation received by e-mail apply.
  7. Exceptions to these rules are special and special offers such as non-refundable rates, early booking and the like: in these cases no refund is recognized.
  1. The balance of the stay is due upon arrival and paid upon arrival (Check in), unless otherwise agreed between the parties in writing. Any guarantee provided by credit card does not exempt the customer from payment. The requested pre-authorization will remain valid and guarantee for the duration of the stay and will be canceled on departure after verification of the room, the regularity of the stay, as well as the balance of the extras and the main conditions of the regulation, with possible charge in case of damage, documented and disputed extras and / or early departure. It is possible to pay in cash for a maximum amount allowed by current law or even by credit card. Attention, Travel Cheques and Personal Cheques or Bank Drafts are not accepted.
  2. PRE-AUTHORIZATION, CHARGE on CREDIT CARD: For the conditions of defrosting of the pre-authorization please contact your bank, It’s Room is not responsible for any delays in unfreezing the sum by the competent credit institutions. The customer who requests it will be issued a regular receipt of the transaction described.
  3. PRE-ACCOUNT and VERIFICATION: before the account balance it is possible to request the vision of the account and the debits for verification. Any errors or deficiencies must be reported before the account is issued.
  4. INVOICE: in case you need an invoice, please report it promptly (at least 1 day before departure) providing us with the header data and any other information. Otherwise we will issue a simple receipt and the subsequent cancellation will not be possible.
  5. EXTRA CONSUMPTION: At the time of Check out must be communicated the drinks to the Minibar and other extras not yet detected by the staff unless expressly communicated of the complimentary minibar. In this case it is not necessary to make any communication.
  6. UNDECLARED GUESTS: Any people hosted in the same room, but not declared at the time of booking or upon arrival, will be charged to the holder of the reservation with an increased rate of 40% on the daily price with the right by the management and the property to report to the authorities of P.S. all unauthorized persons, found inside the hotel.
  7. KEY LOSS CHARGE: The breakage of the card will be counted with a minimum amount of € 5.00 for the duplicate. The loss of the magnetic card will be counted with a minimum amount of € 10.00.
  8. DAMAGE CHARGE: Guests respond and are called upon to compensate for damages caused by them or caused by persons or animals under their responsibility. IN CASE OF MISSING LINEN, WE WILL BE FORCED TO DEBIT IT FROM THE ACCOUNT.
  9. LINEN CHANGE: if requested more frequently than indicated in the point LINEN CHANGE under ‘RULES of CONDUCT during the STAY’ the supplement indicated in the price list will be charged.

ARRIVAL TIME / CHECK IN / CODE DELIVERY / ROOM DELIVERY: The access codes of the external door and the room will be sent to the guest via e-mail and or instant messaging on his smartphone upon arrival after having carried out the operations of registration of P.S. and account balance, if it had not already been performed through our online check-in service. Any arrivals after 9PM must be reported to the Reception at the time of booking and agreed for acceptance by the same. If due to force majeure, it is not possible to arrive on time, it is essential to notify the structure by phone or e-mail. If the room is already ready before the check-in time it will be assigned immediately, otherwise it will be possible to leave the luggage in custody with us. If the availability of the room is requested at times prior to the established times, the previous night will be considered as the first overnight stay.
  2. IDENTITY DOCUMENTS: UPON ARRIVAL THE KIND GUESTS MUST BE PROVIDED WITH IDENTIFICATION DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING MINORS STRICTLY
  3. MINORS ACCEPTED: Minimum age to rent a room: 18 years. Minors not accompanied by persons of legal age, will be accepted only if in possession of a release signed by their parents (or by those who legally exercise parental authority), with their telephone number and a copy of their document.
  4. Public Security REGISTRATION: Upon arrival, customers, including minors, are required to hand over their documents to the reception or through our online check-in service. This document will be registered for the purpose of Public Security. Failure to comply with this obligation constitutes a violation of the provisions of the Criminal Code on our part towards the Public Security Authorities In case of non-delivery we are obliged to report the omission to the competent bodies.
  5. LEGAL FORMALITIES to be fulfilled on ARRIVAL: the guest must provide, by national provision, a document suitable to certify his identity, whether this identity card or passport for all occupants, otherwise the operator must refuse hospitality (art.109 P.S. laws as amended by art.7 point 2 of L.203 / 95).
  6. GUEST REPORTING of CUSTOMERS: any guests of customers staying in the structure, even if temporary, must be agreed and reported at the reception and present themselves with an identity document. The presence inside the structure must be authorized by the management, having access only to the bar and other common areas indicated and in no other area of the structure.
  7. N° PERSONS ACCOMMODATED: In no case is accommodation allowed to people exceeding the number fixed in the reservation unless previously agreed. We reserve the right to refuse entry to the accommodation if this condition is not observed. Guests cannot receive visits from relatives, friends, etc. unless previously agreed with the Management.
  8. ROOM ASSIGNMENT: The choice and designation of the place, in the type and category booked, is at total discretion of the management of the structure, unless otherwise explicit written agreements.
  9. RECEPTION POINT: The reception point on arrival is at the reception of the structure.
  10. PEOPLE OCCUPYING THE ROOM: Each accommodation can be occupied exclusively by the number of people indicated for that specific housing unit unless requested by the customer to add another bed, also on the proposal of the reception staff. ALL occupants’ names must be provided at reception.

  • ROOM VERIFICATION: Please report immediately any damage or disruption and malfunction that you should encounter in taking accommodation in your room. Any damages found subsequently will be charged to you.
  • EXPULSION and EXPULSION: The Management, as required by the current laws of the Italian Republic, has the right to expel without notice anyone who does not comply with the regulation or behaves in such a way as to create damage or disturbance.

  3. EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of early departure with respect to the booking period, the customer must pay in full the amount agreed at the time of booking. If, on the day of your DEPARTURE / CHECK OUT you plan to leave before 8.00 am, please kindly notify us the day before.
  1. CLEANING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE ROOM: The customer has the right to have the room starting from the hours of ARRIVAL / CHECK IN indicated under ‘TIMES’ of the agreed day (day of arrival). During the period of stay the room will be available to guests except for the time necessary to carry out daily cleaning if requested within the hours indicated in the ‘HOURS’ point. If the customer does not want the room to be remade, just affix the appropriate sign “Do not disturb” outside the door but will lose the right to the daily makeover.
  2. EXTERNAL GUESTS NOT REGISTERED: It is not allowed, for reasons of Public Security, guests to access other people inside the accommodations at any time. It is forbidden to enter external people, visits by family or friends, must be authorized by the Management, also the visitor is required to leave at the Management of an identity document that will be collected at the exit of the Hotel. IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO STAY OVERNIGHT IN THE ROOM PEOPLE WHO HAVE NOT BEEN REGISTERED BY AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL.
  3. STAFF ACCESS to OCCUPIED ROOMS: If, in addition to normal access for cleaning, for maintenance or other reasons it is necessary for hotel staff to access an occupied room, or in the event of significant changes in the schedule of cleaning and services, the Hotel undertakes to inform guests about any need for entry by the staff in an occupied room.
  4. LINEN: it is absolutely forbidden to bring the linen of the structure to the beach for the exclusive use of the rooms. In case of missing/stained/damaged linen, we will be forced to debit it from the account.
  5. LAUNDRY: the delivery of the garments must take place in the appropriate bags and the return will take place according to agreements from time to time as the structure turns to external services.
  6. LINEN CHANGE: The change of linen (sheets and towels) is provided every 3 days. Any change with greater frequency will be counted as a supplement to the cost indicated in the price list.
  7. BEHAVIOR: We ask our customers to behave respectfully within the structure during the entire period of their stay.
  • At any time, within the structure, behaviors, activities, games and use of equipment that cause disturbance to other guests must be avoided.
  • Adults are responsible for the behaviour of minors in their care.
  • It must always be maintained a behavior that at no time of the day and in no way damages the tranquility of others.
  • Please do not slam the doors but accompany them, if you return to the room late please close the door of your room gently so as not to disturb those already sleeping.
  1. USE OF ROOMS and BATHROOMS: The rooms are simply furnished. Although not of great value, these furnishings deserve all possible respect.
  • Any damage caused to furniture, furnishings or equipment will be adequately assessed with the owners of the exercise for reimbursement.
  • Our rooms all have private bathrooms in the room, therefore, unnecessary waste must be avoided.
  • Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. It is forbidden to bring outside anything in the rooms, bathrooms or in any case in the internal rooms of the hotel (eg shower towel etc.).
  • During the stay the bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day within the hours indicated under ‘HOURS’ therefore we ask our kind guests to vacate the rooms within this time; otherwise, if occupied at this time, cleaning will be done the following day.
  • Keep all environments clean and tidy.
  • Take care to turn off the room light, air conditioners and TV when you are out of the room/accommodation. If you turn on the air conditioner, YOU MUST MAKE SURE THAT THE WINDOWS ARE CLOSED.
  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IN ANY WAY FOR ITEMS OF YOUR PROPERTY LEFT UNATTENDED IN THE ROOMS, therefore, please do not leave valuables unattended inside. At your disposal, in each room, there is a safe, where you can leave small objects or money in custody.
  • Do not flush substances other than those for which it was designed into the toilet. Do not clog the toilet with diapers, paper or other bulky material. Use the appropriate baskets. The costs for any purging will be charged to the Customer.
  • It is forbidden to use electric and / or electronic musical instruments other than those supplied in the rooms of the structure.
  1. WARNINGS, RULES AND PROHIBITIONS: SILENCE, ORDER, BEHAVIOR AND BEHAVIOR WITHIN THE STRUCTURE It is forbidden inside the premises: smoking, using drugs, talking loudly, shouting, slamming doors or windows, connecting to the electrical system any appliance brought in tow, (with the exception of the electric shaver at the sockets of the bathroom), allowing children to wander around the various environments.   2. The RECEPTION is not required to know the technical methods of electronic devices and devices of customers, nor the methods of use and setting.

  5. REST and SILENCE: In the hours 13:00-16:00 and 00:00 – 08:00 any noise that may disturb the rest of the guests, including a high tone of voice, is prohibited. The use of radio and television is allowed with extreme moderation and, in any case, in absolute respect of the time of silence. Exceptions are shows and events authorized by the management or activities carried out by the animation of the structure. It’s Room is not responsible for any noise caused outside the structure (eg road traffic, festivals and festivals of the country, concerts and other events)
  • DAILY CLEANING: no later than 12:00 (GMT+1)
  1. During your stay try to protect the natural environment by making rational use of water and electricity: avoid leaving taps open or air conditioners and lights on if none do you need or when you leave your rooms
  2. Do not throw waste in common areas and try to separate your waste so that it can be properly placed in the appropriate containers. In case of doubt, ask at the reception.
  3. WATER: Water is a precious commodity for every community. It is absolutely forbidden to use water for improper uses. The use is allowed only for primary uses (personal hygiene). Guests of the structure will take care to avoid any form of waste.

  7. The customer undertakes to respect the premises and the things contained therein, any damage caused voluntarily to the structures, but also attributable to inexperience or distraction, will be charged at the cost of restoration.
  1. There is a total ban on smoking, fires and flames, use of stoves / plates etc. throughout the structure, including the rooms. Any violation will be severely punished.
  2. It’s Room does not have smoking rooms, but you can smoke in the outdoor areas of the corridor.
  1. For reasons of hygiene and safety it is NOT allowed to prepare meals in the rooms, much less meals or hot drinks
  2. It is forbidden to introduce pre-packaged foods or courses (pizzas, rotisserie foods, etc.) unrelated to the structure. Of course, snacks, snacks, etc. are excluded from this regulation.
  3. For the purposes of food and hygiene safety, it is forbidden for customers to bring food or drinks into the room that are not authorized by the management of the structure.

Any infectious disease must be reported to the Management

Garbage must be collected in the appropriate collection bags located in the rooms and bathrooms of the rooms.
  1. For your safety, we ask you not to leave valuables and objects unattended but to store them in the appropriate safes in the rooms
  2. Please notify and deliver upon receipt the discovery or loss of things
  3. We also ask, every time you leave the room, to lock the door and check that the windows are tightly closed, in order to avoid any subtraction of values from the rooms.
  4. THE MANAGEMENT DECLINES ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOODS NOT KEPT IN THE APPROPRIATE SAFES.

The Management of the structure is not responsible for the lack of objects and / or values of the guests (each Guest is required to diligence in the custody of the objects of his property), damage resulting from events of force majeure and the nature of the thing (atmospheric events, natural disasters, epidemics, diseases, falling trees or branches or products that fall within the nature of plants, gusts of wind, accidents at the sea, damage or theft of cars in the parking area and in the area of the structure). For no reason, discounts will be granted at the time of departure to cover any or alleged inefficiencies that may occur as a result of the events described above
